Welcome to Volt Drive Store by Marathon Welding LLC (“Volt Drive Store”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to voltdrivetoday.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By visiting or buying from the Site, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.
1) Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) and agree to comply with these Terms, our Payment Policy, Shipping Information, and Refund & Returns Policy.
2) Online-Only Operations
Volt Drive Store operates entirely online. We do not provide in-person service or storefront visits.

3) Product Information & Availability
We strive to present accurate descriptions and imagery. Colors/appearance may vary due to device settings or manufacturing tolerances. Products, prices, and promotions may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
4) Pricing & Payments
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment must be completed before order processing. We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (via PayPal). See Payment Policy for details.
5) Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery
Typical processing time is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. U.S. transit time is usually 4–5 business days once shipped (estimated total 5–7 business days). Coverage, fees, carriers, tracking, and exceptions are described in Shipping Information.
6) Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery if eligibility conditions are met. We do not offer direct exchanges. Full terms are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
7) Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site to: violate laws; infringe intellectual property; upload malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity. We may limit or terminate access for violations.

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, product photos, layout, code) is owned by Marathon Welding LLC or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit content without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for any violation of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California, U.S.A.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
