🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

At Volt Drive Store by Marathon Welding LLC, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on voltdrivetoday.com.

📅 Return Window

  • You may request a return within 15 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • Requests submitted after 15 days may not be eligible.

✅ Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item; and

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging/tags.

Note: Minor variations in color/fit due to screen display or manufacturing tolerance are not considered defects.

💲 Return Costs

  • Free returns for approved requests.

  • We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

📧 How to Request a Return

Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the defect/damage (if applicable)

We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we’ll send your prepaid label and next steps.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

💵 Refunds

  • After your return arrives at our facility, we’ll inspect it within 3 business days.

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 4–5 business days for your bank/payment provider to post funds.

  • A refund confirmation email will be sent once processed.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) may be refused.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are not refund-eligible unless the product arrives damaged.

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original packaging may be ineligible.
