4) After We Receive a Valid Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may:
- 
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, 
- 
Notify the affected user or content provider, and 
- 
Terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate. 
5) How to Submit a Counter-Notice
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send a Counter-Notice including:
- 
Your name, address, phone number, and email. 
- 
Identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared before removal. 
- 
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification. 
- 
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your district (or the Eastern District of California if you reside outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the original complainant. 
- 
Your physical or electronic signature. 
If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action within 10–14 business days.
6) Repeat Infringer Policy
We apply a zero-tolerance approach to repeat copyright violations. Users with multiple valid claims may have access suspended or terminated.
